Keep at it.you will loose and if u workout u will gain weight but it s the good muscle weight gain. Keep going it might take another 3 months before u see real changes in the mirror. Took me 6 months of cutting to get to the weight I wanted and I still ended up gaining new weight but not fat but muscle. Don’t get disappointed just keep at it, life time goal

I really appreciate the kind words. You're right, I've just got to keep at it 💜 This probably is at least partially muscle, my body's been really sore lately.

If you look at my progress in many places it looks more like a heartbeat than a hill. Keep consistent and results will come! 🤠

You know if you are working out you might be developing muscular mass. since muscle weight more than fat, it's normal to gain weight. You should measure yourself instead of weight yourself.
