I've been stuck at this number the past few weeks but honestly I don't really care. I haven't gained much and I'm keeping it here instead of letting it rise. I've been working out but also overeating some days and it's balancing itself out. Haven't posted here in a while - been really busy with life in general, but I figured an update might be nice

I haven't been trying very hard to lose weight, I've been eating at a small deficit and not managing as much exercise as before. Going through an extremely stressful time and I've been sick for over a month with some mystery illness. I'm relieved and thankful to see I haven't gained despite that. It's a small loss but proves that even through really hard times I can stick with my goals and not falter.

Little celebration post - I didn't even realize, I hit my goal weight last weigh in!! I've been pretty sick so it just didn't click until now. I'm so proud of myself. on another note, has anyone else experienced their hunger just going away the less they eat? I've been averaging 1300 calories whereas 1700 used to be what I needed to stay full. now, I feel kind of sick if I get that many, even though I'm burning a lot more. I think it's a good thing. I'm being super careful not to eat below 1200.

Hey friends 💜 I'm still here and tracking my food! I haven't been able to record my weight, I've got an aircast because I tore a ligament in my ankle. I'm still exercising with the cast on, so I guess I'll have to see what things look like at the end of this.
