Feel a little better today. Especially since putting in my 7 mi on the bike and an hour of sand volleyball yesterday, and 3.5 miles running this morning.

I never feel like working out when it's hot in the summer, and yet it's the time that I need to work out the most because it's bathing suit season! But this Atlanta weather is just not conducive to working out outside. When I lived in Long Beach, I was outside almost every single day in addition to going to the gym. What a difference it makes! About 10-15 pounds of difference!

I really need to try to be active for an hour at the very least every single day. So I am 2 days toward creating this habit! And I feel better since I did have any carbs really yesterday either.

Today is my Friday, and I will be enjoying a 5 day weekend. Ahhh. Happy Friday everyone!

It was 102 here yesterday and I went jogging. I picked a shaded path but could not do more than 1 hour. Of course I walk/jog heavy on the walk. When it's this hot all I want to do is eat ice cream, but I have been resisting like mad. The thing that has been keeping me on track is that we found a dog and have been jogging with him daily. Sounds like your doing good. Hang in there.
