I was looking at my weekly total calories consumed over the last 4 weeks(not counting this week I'm in) and this is what I achieved in weight loss after 1 week's calories total :
Week 4 I consumed 10584 calories = 0.9kg weight loss
Week 5 I consumed 8552 calories = 0.7kg weight loss
Week 6 I consumed 10516 calories = 1.1kg weight loss
Week 7 I consumed 9761 calories = 1kg weight loss

I'm in Week 8 and my calories for the week is probably going to be around 10500 calories but I might use up +/- 1500 calories due to my 2 gym sessions this week.

This will be an interesting observation indeed with exercise added to my week. It looks so weird that the week I consumed the least amount of calories got me the least amount of weight loss! I suppose I wasn't too active in that week or I retained some water weight.
