I am doing OK. I am back on here to journal. I had a small piece of pie yesterday. I need to lose 20 pounds by October - that is my goal. I have done it before. Low-carb dieting works best. Calories matter too with me and low carb is best to lose. I have a treadmill, but some arthritis issues have prevented me from using it as much as I would want to. I need to get on here more often. I know Facebook and other sites can take us away from the goals we have and I am sick of people starting arguments on Facebook.
