I am thrilled with the weight loss since Saturday. I have bummer up how often I have been working out. Instead of doing aerobic(Nu Step) and resistant bands 3 times a week, I have been doing the Nu Step everyday and the resistant bands 3 times a week. I don't know how much good it is actually doing the pain in my back, but the weight loss is always good, and I have lost 1.4% body fat.
We work to make ourselves pretty/handsome on the outside, but we have to remember that we will never make it unless we are pretty on the inside. I am sure we have all known someone who was good looking physically but the personality made you want to turn and walk away. God sees us as we can be, but loves us as we are. We need to do the same thing. Never forget to love yourself.

Thank you all for the support. Many people check facebook several times a day, for me it is here. It is always nice to see the support we share with others. There are entries that make me smile, feel inspired, and some sad for the struggles that others are or have gone through. The support system I get here is just as important to me (and sometimes more) then I received from my family.

Have you tried yoga for your back pain? I have (especially lower) back pain and Googled up some great videos... they really have helped to relieve my discomfort!

I have tried yoga, however it is difficult to find ones that can be done is a chair. I can not stand or walk for very long. I do what I can to increase the strength of my core and back muscles to help hold the spine stable. But if you, or anyone else knows of a good yoga routine that can be done in a chair I would love to know about it.

Just add "chair" to your Google search and you will discover tons of videos out there for folks at all levels... Specifically for back pain as well!! Chair yoga is a very popular exercise for those confined to chairs for much of the day; be it an office chair, a wheelchair, or a lounge chair! Thank you so much for the link =) There is a some of the video I would not be able to do to the extent that he does it. Hopefully someday I will get there. I have to admit that even if I could not do any of it he sure is nice to watch. LOL Seriously I will definitely do more searches thank you for the information.
