Down another 1/2 lb this morning to 181.2. Headed in the right direction. Hungry lately. Also feeling stressed so that might be impacting hunger. Focusing on staying hydrated and not eating based on not feeling up to par. Another day.

You are doing so well with all the stress you have been under. I know it is not easy. Good job and the weight is coming off. You look SO GOOD I am just amazed each time you come downstairs. Keep up the good work.
