Ok So I weighed myself and I am not surprised. I am back on track and am eating better... Just don't look at my entry today! LMAO. I stayed under 1700 k/cal though.

Good Job. I am so proud to see that u are staying on track. We all slip up some time but if u stay within ur calorie range u are still doin a good job. I wish u luck because I so want to lose weight.

For me, sometimes I think my body is a week behind... so what I do this week, will show up in next week's weigh in... so that could be the case with you as well. As long as you stay dedicated, it will come off eventually!
