Do you ever feel like sitting down and just crying? That is how I felt this last week and it has taken everything in me to not sit down and eat a whole bag of chips! I went camping with my son this weekend, just me and him, and that was wonderful! We went swimming and hiking and just enjoyed being together, but then reality hits and you have to come home...my stress level has just been through the roof lately and I really have been walking around literally on the verge of tears. I did pretty good following my diet yesterday and so so on Sunday. Saturday not so good. =) Oh well, one day at a time right?
