Looks like afternoon has arrived!! I'm finishing up laundry and contemplating the rest of the days activities. I'm feeling like sowing a few wild oats. Weekly weigh-in was up this week. No worries. I'm still in a comfortable range. It will come down again. Have a great weekend!!!

it's too hot in the house to do any threadmilling and too buggy to go out for a walk yet. gonna try to go for a walk later on when it is dark. i gained 2 lbs in just 1 day because i pigged out of nochos and cheese, chocolate bars and stuff. going to catch up with my calories hopefully by this Tuesday.
