I measured up today and I have lost 3cm off my tummy in 4 weeks!!! My measurement from around my tummy(over belly button) went from 131cm to 128cm and I hold the measuring tape loosely so that I don't allow it to push into my body to give me a false reading :) Still haven't started getting any exercise but I'm feeling motivated to get back to the gym soon :)
