Had a fabulous 3 days off, but right now I am puffy from my nose to my toes. Will see how quickly I can get rid of this bloat.

Glad that your holiday weekend was good. Also good is that short term gains are mostly water so it'll come back off. You know the drill...water water water! :)

i am starting to hate being bloated almost as much as i hate not-eating (*lol*) one day that balance will tip to my advantage!

Yep..got my walking in this morning...have to get back to burning cals..and drinking my water..why is that so hard?...Hugs Buffy...
