i did it made my short term goal of 300 lbs by easter. but can i keep it up with 3 dinner outings in a weekend. got though one last night two more to go.between working and exercise my house is a mess. but ill take the 7 lbs loss this weekhave a good easter all SMASH ON SMASHERS
