just looking at my profile which i had written last year . One year gone and there is no change . lax on my part . but there have been other changes in my personal life which have not helped me either to pursue my goal.but no excuses . will have to start again

Never will a year go by without change. You have educated yourself at least on how to do better next time. You have survived ordeal and will come out stronger. Now make a new plan, with the tools you have acquired and get started on implementing it!

thanku so much for the useful support and the tips . thanku for reading my journal . I know u care . First thing I'll do is stop watching tv and use that time for something more productive like gardening or housework. tv is really addictive . love u all
