I hate to hear myself say this but I'm so glad it is Monday! It is not that I didn't have a fabulous weekend. It is just that I am so sick of going backwards.

I know exactly what I need to do. All I have to do is follow through.

All of your Buddies are cheering for you as you seek to follow through....Please don't let what I am about to say be DISCOURAGING in ANY way,BUT I am trying to SALUTE what a BIG effort additional loss will take... However, you have a BIG task ahead because your body is totally convinced "y'all have arrived at a very comfortable weight"...So, as you WORK to convince your body that "YOU are NOT finished", YOUR BUDDIES ARE here for you...Have a week filled with Healthy Choices AND Affirming People!!!!

The weekend is past, time to put it behind you. Time to dig in deep and keep pushing forward. You have the plan and now is the time to start following it. We're here supporting you. The only failure is when you give up.

STT - I am not one to turn away help. And I know your advice is true - if I want this I've got to work for it, body and soul. The climb does get steeper the closer you get to the peak.

The key is knowledge my friend and you have all this knowledge sweetie that's obvious ... we all do this.. hey buffybear... I gained way....over 20 lbs over the holidays and until I got a hold of myself and stop the madness it was aggravating as h--- to me... but back then I didn't have the support that I do here nor was I aware of this wonderful site... I know I can speak for most here on this site that we all are here for you and we all will be your support team as you have been such great support for us.. so lets get up and dust ourselves off and begin to move forward my friend I will walk this journey next to you and be your support..my love to you and tons of hugs to you too... have a great day:)

Buffy, I understand, weekends and days off are off a normal routine. It's easier to stay on track if the day is a set routine, or at least most of it. I know I don't eat as well on weekends as I get busy and forget to eat until I'm starving, then will grab whatever is easy. I try to make them healthy choices, easier at my house with just me, I try not to keep the unhealthy stuff for me available.

Agreed!!! My cheat day was Saturday and My mother pressured me to go off on my diet on sunday as well because of Mothers Day Brunch... I did now I am so happy Monday is here so I can be back on track
