I was out of town Sunday and Monday, and couldn't weigh until I got home late yesterday afternoon. I was a little disappointed that I had only lost .9 of a lb. for all last week, but hoped that this a.m. I would be down a few more ounces. What a surprise. My diligence over the 2 days paid off.
