TO ALL MY BUDDIES: We can make it through the weekend! I'll be online at sunrise and sundown if you wanna chat! This weekend I will be fighting the urge for trigger food CHEESE!

PS...I am still going to eat cream cheese. It is the hard cheeses that get me...I have been zapping it in the microwave and making it crispy and then pouring salt on it. This just feeds my old "chips & salsa" addiction. I kept telling myself it was ok because it is cheese--not potato, not corn. Then, I would go back for seconds and thirds...my brake pads were greased! I have been going way over the recommended ounces per day. When I lost my previous weight, I never ate this crispy cheese. I'm sure it is fine ONCE-IN-A-WHILE! It just seems to be a major trigger for me!
