I am not following Atkins strictly. However, I have been off of here for months. I have a new condo, signed the papers January 21st, and I have a basement to put exercise equipment in and next week I am getting a treadmill - I already ordered it last week. Otherwise, I am doing OK. I want to lose 30 lbs. at least. Exercising an hour a day on the treadmill (working up to it) will help, but I need to cut carbs more. I eat the low-carb bread and pasta. I rarely eat sugar, etc. I hope everyone is well.
