Today is kinda blah!! Got on the scales this morning,and once again, the scale doesn't seem to want to move. I wanted to ask it if it were just sleepy, but reality hit and I had to tell myself it was me. I haven't really been writing down the foods I eat, but I have been watching what I eat. Low Carb, no sugar & good protein. Just can't seem to figure out how to get to rolling back down the hill again...constantly feel like I'm climbing. It's ok to climb, not complaining about that, but sometimes going down the hill and seeing the weight going down as well would be nice. I actually started my weight journey on Feb. 2, 2015, and I have lost 10 lbs to date. Yay me! I'm really excited about the loss, but wish I could get the ball rolling again. I intend to keep going.....not gonna stop this journey even if it takes years. I CAN DO THIS!!!
