So much for having Easter Holiday off! I had to stay at work another week...been working 12 hr shifts. I have no idea if I have stayed in ketosis or if I have lost any poundage or anything! All I can do is wait until I can get to my scales. Luckily, I have been able to eat healthy, although my kcals are not consistent. Boss says I can finish up on Thursday! Then...dreams of soaking in my tub and gardening.
