You know, Im pretty sure I have figured out the problem, Im not eating enough. I am eating almost half of what I was eating, you'd think that would be good but oh hell if it was that easy id be a size 8. I guess ill start fresh tomorrow, I still havent cheated, except maybe a lil beer here and there. Oops. No lectures please! but as far as my eating goes I have had potatoes and toast on my plate today and didnt eat them. I in such a bad mood....aaahhh. I want a cheese sub.
