I just created my account and I considered making it private but then I realized I would miss out on a good support system as well as people holding me accountable!

I've made myself 3 goals to achieve each week:
(1) Write at least one journal entry each week to keep myself focused
(2) Cut back to only 3 sodas a week
(3) Start to do yoga, even if it's only 20 minutes a day (I bought myself a neat yoga mat to get me motivated!)
