It's been a rough week, I've been really hungry and tired. I've been exercising really hard too, and it paid off with a 3lb loss :) I'm excited to reach my goal of 179, but as always, concerned about losing control. It's been 15 days since I quit smoking. That's getting easier, but sometimes iy makes me sad that I'll never ever smoke again. I van't imagine summer nights, grilling out by the pool, with no cigarettes.
