It's been a rough week, I've been really hungry and tired. I've been exercising really hard too, and it paid off with a 3lb loss :) I'm excited to reach my goal of 179, but as always, concerned about losing control.
It's been 15 days since I quit smoking. That's getting easier, but sometimes iy makes me sad that I'll never ever smoke again. I van't imagine summer nights, grilling out by the pool, with no cigarettes.

I quit smoking almost 15 years ago and I still will occasionally catch a whiff of someone's cigarette and wish for one. It does get easier though, as time goes by, and you will be so much healthier as a result! :)

Wonderful that you quit smoking!! Imagine other things that you can do with your hands and mouth by the pool. You can wave and whistle at whomever at the same time! The list goes on and on.... :) You took the first major step in quitting!! You are doing this!!
