Thanks! I cannot remember the last time I was in the 160's!! When I was 35 I went on a lo fat diet for a year that the local hospital offered. The support was terrific, but it took me the whole year to lose 20 pounds. I think at the end I weighed 160! That was 21 years ago WOW.
