I'm so glad that my new way of life plan and consultation at the osteopathic, alternative Chinese medicine clinic is going so well.
If I think about it when I was doing this at high school I did stay very slim. Oh the distractions of high school.
My iron levels are increasing even though I'm not eating meat currently and everyone seems to be noticing the glow in my skin :)
I now regret going back to my toxic ways, but then again we can't change the past now can we?
Only the future. :D
