Well, it seems it's been almost a pound at a time of losing. It's been very slow coming off, but I just realized something I've lost 18 pounds since January. WOW!!! This is a time for celebration...woo hoo. It could have very been, WOW I'VE GAINED 18 LBS!!! I feel so good about this accomplishment in my life.
I must say I didn't do it along, my FS BUDDIES, Thank you for encouraging me along the way. Your words really inspired me to keep going. And, my heavenly father...thank you thank you thank you. Some days I was holding onto ONLY a prayer and you heard to me.
For those of you who are losing slowly...don't worry about that...take it one day at a time and one pound at a time.
We will do this!!!
