Scales down today even though my calories were WAY UP yesterday! Interesting...oh well. I'm looking at life a little differently today. I've got to step back and look at how I was 3 years ago...32 lbs. heavier. Other than my back issues, I actually feel better. I'm not taking all of the medication I had been, only what I HAVE to take. I'm okay...I'm still going to watch what I eat, portion wise, and try to stay on track. The darn scales is becoming an obsession. Just because I get on it twice a day isn't going to make the situation any better.
I have more things to worry about than my scales right now so I need to go that direction right now. Sun is shining and it's not storming right now. That's a plus. Life is good.
