HUNGRY...please do away!! Going to bed instead of giving in to hunger! Doing GREAT on plan - took a day off of exercise - looking forward to the morning when I workout!! Can't believe I actually said that...feeling GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You need to eat more. You shouldn't ever be hungry on Atkins. You're not even getting in the minimum 1500 calories a day a lot of days. And exercising on top of that? Eat something already.

SO TRUE...I skipped lunch yesterday and really paid for it!! Plus I didn't get any water in....today will be different. Thanks for the help
