Tuesday, July 14th ... so hard to believe July is nearly half gone!! I ended up with a low calorie day yesterday, unintentionally. Of course I secretly hoped for a low number today on Frank ... and it was lower than yesterday but not as low as I had hoped. It's okay. I'm still hanging out in the low 180's ... VERY GOOD. My senior citizen dog, Caitlin, has been grumpy lately. Our young boy, Blue has been pestering her. He just doesn't learn. So, lots of barking at each other ... her snapping at him, him crying and then right back at it!! LOL!!! Dogs.

It is overcast today. We had rain pretty much all day yesterday. The forecast calls for slightly warmer temps today and partly sunny skies but we'll see. Regardless, I have a busy day ahead of me and I imagine I should get my act together and head on down the road for today's adventure. It's either feast or famine at work. I've been in "feast mode" for a while now ... I could use some down time. My office is beginning to look like Fibber McGee's closet!!! Oh well, the paperwork will always be there ... eventually I'll catch up again.

So ... on we go happy travelers!!! Another day in our respective journeys ... another opportunity to SHINE!! I wish all of you a day of recognizing the positives about your life and your true selves. A day of gratefulness for what we have instead of bemoaning what we do not have. My own journey continues to teach me to be in the moment, to remind myself not to be in a hurry, and to pay attention along the way!! Later!!
