HELLO........ I have missed all of my FS buddies. I have been on vacation for 10 days. Well, a Staycation, I did not access my computer, I refused to turn anything technical on since I was on vacation. I did lose 1 lb. wooohooo!, but I even though I didn't record what I ate, I still watched what I ate. When I wanted something that was a treat, I would just watch my portion and try to make it a small portion. When I craved something sweet, and it was easy to want it since I wasn't gonna record it, who would know anyways, right? Well, I would just grab a fruit. I just stayed with it and made it through the week. I'm so excited to get back and see how everyones been.
