I HATE that after all I've learned I can STILL get sacked by one meal out that is NOWHERE near as healthy as I thought it was. Had a nice lunch at Perkins today chicken, rice, carrots & broccoli.....1030 calories later!!!!!!! ARGGGGHHHHHH! That's what I get for not planning ahead where I would eat and what I would order......Tomorrow's weigh in will undoubtedly NOT be what I was working towards this week. Majorly need to move tomorrow to help make up for poor choices! Oh, well. Here's to a better tomorrow!
