Okay...day 3 of watching those calories. Trying to stay strong and it is so hard. I did resist an ice cream cone last night. That was good for me. Scales didn't move for me this morning but it didn't go up either so that's good. We'll see how tomorrow is.

Any resistants to foods is a good thing..And not gaining is just about as good as loosing..It was hard for me to give up my dairy at first but now I can do with out it as the affect it has on me is not worth it.. Have a great day girl......Bren

Bren, I know what you mean. I have to think of ice cream as a starch and we all know how good those starches are!
