Day is going good, I did ok over the weekend dont think I went over calories to much maybe a 100 which is not to bad, cant walk right now, knee is swollen, got to love athritis. If anyone knows how to help that without medicine let me know:)
I dont think i gained just didnt get to key everything in, been stressed out Grandma is NOT doing good so drove to houston and back in one day 6 hours in the car fun fun, with rain and COLD!!!!!!!!!! But had to see grandma:)
