Another good week for me,1.1 down total 47 lbs gone and only 2 pounds to first goal.Bad part is I start a 3 week vacation in Florida next week and will try really hard to stay on course but with a cruise also included and all the constant food offerings I don't know. One more weigh in before I leave this mountain of snow.

You are doing wonderfully so I am sure that you will not want to lose any ground while enjoying the warm weather and a wonderful cruise. The last cruise I went on I actually lost 7 pounds----lots of wonderful food choices (seafood), fresh fruits, etc. that I didn't even eye the decadent desserts! I also attributed the loss to having the opportunity to engage in all kinds of activities---walking the track, dancing into the wee hours, going ashore and just enjoying the ocean view. Have a wonderful trip and yes, all of you folks in the northern climes certainly do deserve a break from the mountains of snow.
