WOO! WOO! I don't get to eat beets!

I'm doing a Community Support Agriculture farm box and I swore I would at least try all the veggies in the box. But I *really* don't like beets. I was reviewing foods to avoid for phase 2 today and beets are on the list. So I can avoid them and feel good about it :-)

I won't be eating any of them tomorrow anyway as I'm on clear fluids in preparation for my colonoscopy on Friday.
