It is such a beautiful day that i took my workout outside. I did 6.04 miles in one hour and 12 minutes. A part of that was uphill so I walked most of the uphill but the rest I jogged. It felt so good to be outside. I saw a beautiful hawk sitting on a wire and a small herd of deer. Happiness.

Ahhh - lovely! It is weird I see hawks all over where I live because they roost on the top of light poles along the highway! We have deer that come in our backyard - and we border a pretty busy street...but that is how it is here. the poor deer keep moving south from the Minnesota north woods looking for food.

That is awesome, I will get there one day! I walked 2 miles today in about 45 minutes. But it was the second day of walking.
