Day 2 of trying to reign in the calories and did pretty well. I have also been getting my workouts in again. Discipline is what I need to concentrate on.

thanks so much for your support it is very wanted and I'm greatful for it <3 Very Very proud of your awesome accomplishments Im praying I will get back on track.. been doing better ,, but have so far too go I HATE THE COLD and work out in it for about 2 hrs a day when I get home I dont want to get back out in it.. yes I have some exercise tapes in my house excuses five thousand I get up at 5am after I deliver the kids I'm a school bus driver its about 9:10 do some chores eat my first meal at 10:30 am then lay down get back up at 1:15 noon go back to work then get off at 4:35 pm then I come home fast watch the news so some paper work shower and go back to bed by 8:30 pm when its not cold out I will go to the gym at 9:10 am work out for 30 mins then eat lunch take a nap exc <3 sweet dreams <3
