Oh, the Hypocrisy! Right after telling a buddy to stay on track yesterday I succumb to a pizza party. OK, Northernmusician, now it is your turn.
And to those kind souls who would tell me that it is OK, I am human, etc. NO, IT IS NOT OK! This is how I got myself into this predicament in the first place!
Having gotten that out of my system, I will now move on to positive thoughts and actions.

Wow... that's the best verbal beat up I've ever heard. Once told someone that I don't feel I have the right to advise and suggest anything to anyone when I can't keep myself on the straight and narrow. But that's what this site is all about. Offering the support and getting it too in our time of need.

Believe it was on this site that I read, "one meal at a time." Think of it this way, you are aware of your OOPS--how much better than thinking pizza is actually low carb:) And I am with ShyGuy, forgive yourself just as you have often done for the rest of us.

It is OK, ... normally, but for people like myself and I wager you, a slip up like that is something that can be very dangerous. Ultimately though, you will be fine, just get back to work and your body will deal with it. Don't do anything like that again for a few weeks. (assuming you ate a whole, large, rich pizza - a few slices of a veggie pizza is sod all, TBH)

LOL!! drank the rest of the beer, not all at once. ;)) Bought some for the guys that were helping me but they didn't drink much of it. Actually poured some of the wine out, used some in cooking, drank some. ;));)) Now remind myself not to buy anymore for awhile.
