happy August, all!
One reason I like August is that it is the start of the dwonward spiral towards Autumn...The weather has changed so much over here we will see how true that will be this year! The hot and humid weather is really making it difficult to eat properly, just don't want food...and nothing appeals...I am a winter lady, I love my hot comfort foods like soup and curries...Used to be a salad freak but not any more...so this is a grey area for me right now...Hoping to lose some weight though, eating more fruit which is good, and trying to stay hydrrated as much as possible.
So hot here that even the cats are camping out on the rooftops!
