Maybe Frank is broken!!! 179.4 this morning? WOW. I don't really trust it but you can be sure I still wrote it down!! I am only 4.4 lbs from my goal. I have had this goal for 20+ years. I've not reached it ever that I can remember. Very cool. Regardless, my focus needs to be on remaining balanced in my thinking and my eating. I need to celebrate the positive aspects of how I look and feel not on what is "not good enough." I've neglected my body for many years ... the jiggles and loose skin simply aren't going to snap back into place at 51. Okay, some of it may tighten a bit with a lot of focused work but I won't look like Valerie Bertinelli or some of those other stars!! That's okay with me. I'm just so pleased to feel "normal"!!!! Time to go ride the elliptical machine!!! Have a wonderful weekend!!
