I have really been trying to cut back how much I eat in between meals, which sometimes can be a lot. Today I went to our board meeting at work and I didn't feel hungry before going in but oh my word, my stomach started growling and I could hear it as could the fiscal officer who was seated next to me. Glad it wasn't a board member since it was my first one as management. Think next time I will have a small snack to avoid that.

LOL - I have had that problem - I take a protein shake poured into a coffee cup - they never know!

I agree. Protein shake holds you till you eat.
