I'm feeling great! My treadmill work has improved so much, my stretching is really paying off, and I've lost almost 6 lbs in 16 days!
My body is also adjusting to the diet. I'm trying to cut out excess sugar. I eat half a cliff bar before getting on the treadmill in the morning for some energy, but stomaching even that much sugar at once (even though I need simple carbs before running) is getting hard. Salmon and arugula salad has become my go-to dinner. Before it was carbonara or a hashbrown casserole.
I'm walking to and from work. It's about 1.5 miles each way. I also signed up for gympact.com which charges me if I don't get the number of workouts in that I said I would. Two weeks ago I earned .66 cents for putting in 3 workouts. They haven't updated for last week yet, but this week I said I'd workout 5 days!
