I pigged out today. I had a banana...sickening sweet. I also ate extra eggplant. I tried to shock my system out of a stall. Not sure if it will work. i will be cutting out the green tea and coconut oil for now.

Honestly, I would think about giving up the Atkins day break products. They are known stallers to alot of people. (and apple cider vinegar is not an Induction food item). What you are going thru is perfectly normal... just stay the course, watch your carbs, stay within your limits, drink your water, and it'll start moving again! :)))
