Went to the doctor's yesterday for a physical, got weighed on their fancy scale (with clothes on) and weighed in at 144.4. Last time I was there in April 2013 I weighed in around 165, so my doctor was pretty happy, and it definitely made me feel good. I don't think I'm going to officially log it though because its not the same scale that I typically use, and honestly I was having some pretty yucky stomach issues before hand. I was nervous because I thought I would have to get updated immunizations done, and I always get a pretty nasty nervous stomach when I know I have to have pain intentionally inflicted on myself. None the less, I still weighed in at 144.4 and I am pretty excited, because that's about as legit as it gets!!
