I've bumped up my exercising. Before I was living comfortably at the gym, just walking on the treadmill for 30 mins. Now I'm lifting weights and uping the speed on the treadmill. I'm going to add some jogging into my treadmill workout too.

I recently got comfortable enough to get off the treadmill and explore the stair stepper / eliptical myself. I may not be fast and furious on them like some people. But I'm slow but steady. When those fast and furious resolutionists (I like to call them) are gone and no longer going to the gym, I'll still be there doing my thing 3 - 4 days per week. I still get on the treadmill but I just added the others into the mix of my routine. It breaks things up a bit. Not quite as boring.

I didn't even think to try that out! I get board so quick. I like my routine though too because I won't get burnt out. Like you said long after they are gone we will still be at the gym :)

Love seeing all the good attitudes. Helps keep me going. I want to get to where you all are. Im not at the gym yet but Ive been running the stairs at my office on my breaks and doing some light exercises in between flights

Super! Adding weights is a great thing to do. Trying out different things like the elliptical or a class (sorry I don't know anything about your gym, yet, new buddy!) can keep you from getting bored, and allow you to figure out what works best for you. I did Aqua, Silver Sneakers, BodyPump and CXworks, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, weights, etc. Right now, my loves are Zumba and Pilates. I really should add some weights; thanks for reminding me!
