Super! Adding weights is a great thing to do. Trying out different things like the elliptical or a class (sorry I don't know anything about your gym, yet, new buddy!) can keep you from getting bored, and allow you to figure out what works best for you. I did Aqua, Silver Sneakers, BodyPump and CXworks, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, weights, etc. Right now, my loves are Zumba and Pilates. I really should add some weights; thanks for reminding me!
