I could not resist weighing myself this morning even tho I felt like I had not lost any weight but I just had to get on and see. I did lose a few onces and not really anything to brag about but it's a step in the right direction. I was telling one of my buddies on fs that I posted on my facebook to see if anyone would be intersted in playing some tennis once a week or once everyother week and there was no responce from anyone. Can't say that I am not supprised but I wish there had been one person to go with. Anyway's, I did have another idea last night when I was outside with the boys. I think I am going to get a vollyball set and put it up in the back yard. It is big enough to have one and still have plenty of room for the kids to play and not only will I have something to give me a workout while having fun but it will also give us something to do with the kids. I have been trying to spend more time with them just having fun and this would be perfect.
My calves are killing me this morning from the Insanity workout yesterday, which makes me very happy. I have already finished my yoga and still need to do my weighted hoop and then later tonight my Walk Away the Pounds. Have a great day everyone!
