Not only did I fall off the tracks, I completely derailed the train. Just so many carbs in such a short amount of time! Too many cookies, and huge meals with little portion control. That, paired with not being able to go to the gym often, has made me again enter the 150s. Doing a little bit of a detox for the next week. Actually, its not really a detox, I've just decided to start my New Years plan early. Pretty much eating nothing but my oatmeal in the morning, mason jar salads for lunch, salmon and brown rice for dinner, and then loads of fruits and veggies as snacks. And almonds too.

On the flip side, I bought my new Vivofit! I'm pretty excited. Hopefully I'm going to be able to make it to the gym tonight to try out the heart rate monitor portion of it. Gonna try to move more, even if its just a little bit more than I do now. I think this will put me on the right track again.
