Well I have been eating well for the past 2 days today would be my 3 day on this diet and I hope I can stay focus. Last night when I got home I did some chores then took a shower and hit the scale I know I know I should of not done that but I still did and the scale marked 138 so this morning right before work I hit the scale trying to convince my self that this would be the last time until the 10 days are up I guessing my scale is not working correctly because it marked 136.5. I get very frustrated because I know that I haven’t lost 2 pounds in 3 days so let’s see what happens. Trying to stay focused…

Indy~~I've weighed myself at night after a long day & shower and ended up rolling my eyes at the number. The very next morning, it's definitely less on the scale. I've gotten in the habit of only weighing in the morning, just before working out/showering. For me, it seems like the truest weigh-in! Congrats on your 2 days down! Keep focused...you'll be happy with Day 10 results! :-)

Hi Indy: Your story is similar to mine. 2 years ago I was up to 157 lbs, and after 3 months on FAT SMASH I was down to 133. Over the last 2 years the lbs are creeping back on, so I've jumped back on the band wagon...Did great through the first couple weeks losing 8 lbs, but then hit a bump in the road, gained 4 back, lost 2 more. Our goal is similar, too..I say I want to get down to 122, but would be happy at your goal weight of 125. Let's stay in touch and see if we can both get down to that goal weigh before summer's end! Good job for your first few days...
