After gaining 10+ pounds this year, aggravated by depression and anxiety, i am trying to get back into the habits of moving more and eating less. Especially eating less high calorie foods and eating out. I just feel like i have gotten so lazy about living in a healthy way. Yes, i walk my dogs 3 times a day, so at least that is some movement, but thats not very cardio due to my little shih-tzu being 13 now. i also wonder if the anti depressant i started taking in January has contributed to some of my weight gain? Regardless of that, i still know that i have to start moving more and eating healthy daily. I know it will feel like hard work.
