What am I to do with those flagging skin (non surgically)when I start to shed these weight?

Sagging skin depends on a lot of things. How much weight you have to lose, your age, etc. The best thing to do is lose the weight slowly, and get in lot's of cardio and strength training. The strength training can really firm you up. I have even heard some types of yoga are great too. You might be surprised at your skins elasticity.

I agree with Suzi, right now take care of your skin, stay hydrated, get sleep, strength train and give it time. Some of this is genetics and who's to say your skin will sag at all? Just focus on the weight first and deal with the rest later, but don't let the sagging skin be a deterrant for losing weight.
